About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused qualified for the role of Head - Institutional Sales to drive B2B business development for our range of cleaning and detergent products.

The role involves developing institutional and bulk sales channels across Delhi NCR, building long-term business relationships, generating new opportunities through field sales, and expanding presence across convenience chains, canteens, corporate buyers, and institutional procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain B2B and institutional client relationships
- Generate business opportunities through field visits and direct outreach
- Expand sales across convenience chains and institutional buyers
- Manage registrations and participation on e-procurement and vendor platforms
- Drive bulk supply opportunities for canteens, offices, companies, and commercial establishments
- Coordinate and manage a small sales team for better sales execution
- Work closely with the Director on business growth initiatives and market expansion
- Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities across Delhi NCR
