We're Hiring: Technical Support Engineer - International Voice Process
Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift
Weekly Off: Rotational Weekoffs

Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process. Technical Support experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to international customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
