Associate Partnerships - Alumni Support & Engagement (Pune)

Overview of the Role:
The Associate - Alumni Support & Engagement will support the implementation of initiatives related to university exposure, career awareness, STEM guidance, college readiness, and High Potential student tracking for Keystage 1 alumni. This role is primarily execution-focused and involves research, coordination, student follow-ups, and stakeholder management to ensure alumni are well-supported in their transition to higher education.

Reports to: Manager - Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
1. University Partnership & College/University Readiness
- Conduct research on undergraduate colleges and courses across streams
- Coordinate communication and logistics for university orientation sessions
- Assist in planning and execution of the College/University Readiness Program
- Mobilise and follow up with interested alumni
- Support coordination related to financial aid processes, where required




- Assist with logistics for College/Institute exposure visits and high potential summer/winter programs affiliated partner universities/institutes

2. UG & Career Pathway Research and Awareness
- Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of UG colleges, courses, and emerging career pathways
- Research diverse and non-traditional career options such as design, sports management,

filmmaking, liberal arts, media, and other evolving fields
- Gather and organize information on eligibility criteria, admission processes, deadlines, and entrance requirements
- Compile and disseminate accurate and timely information to alumni regarding courses, colleges, and career pathways
- Coordinate Phase 2 career awareness sessions in collaboration with SPOCs
- Support outreach to local colleges and institutes offering undergraduate or skill-based programs

and assist the Manager in maintaining institutional relationships
- Track participation and maintain relevant records
