Job Title: Inventory Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Intern to support our inventory and warehouse operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to IT hardware asset management, stock handling, documentation, and coordination with logistics and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records for IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, servers, accessories).
- Support stock verification, counting, and reconciliation activities.
- Help in tracking asset movement (inward, outward, transfers).

Documentation & Data Entry- Perform data entry for new assets in inventory systems or registers.
- Assist in preparing Delivery Challans (DC), Inward Challans (IC) and other documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory records.

Inward & Outward Operations- Support receiving of new assets and inward materials.




- Assist in checking and recording incoming inventory.
- Coordinate with QC team for asset inspection and status updates.

Coordination & Support- Work closely with Logistics, Procurement and IT Support teams.
- Assist in preparing stock reports and inventory status updates.
- Support day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.

Asset Handling- Assist in organizing, labeling, and storing IT hardware properly.
- Ensure safe handling of assets to prevent damage.
- Support packaging activities for dispatch when required.

Eligibility Criteria- Pursuing or recently completed graduation (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or related field).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Interest in inventory management, logistics, or IT hardware domain.
