Your Team:
The Market Data Services (MDS) team supports the firm by managing external market data vendors, services, and associated costs to ensure data is available, compliant, and cost‑effective. The team works closely with Investment, Technology, Legal, and Procurement partners to onboard current data services, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate inventory and billing controls. A strong focus is placed on governance, transparency, and process discipline across global market data usage. The team plays a key role in ensuring market data spend is well managed and aligned to business needs.

Your Role:




This role supports the day‑to‑day operational and financial management of Market Data Services. The individual will be responsible for invoice processing, pricing validation, inventory maintenance, and vendor query resolution across market data services. The role works under general supervision, follows established procedures, and partners closely with senior MDS team members to ensure data services are accurate, compliant, and properly governed. This position is critical in maintaining data integrity, cost accuracy, and smooth operational workflows within MDS.

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Maintaining process documentation for workflows related to vendor invoice processing and MDS pricing updates
- Processing and validating vendor invoices against contractual terms to ensure accurate billing and allocations within the MDS inventory system (e.g., FITS / Optimize Spend)
- Managing vendor billing queries,
