Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies to join our engineering team. This is an exciting prospect to work directly with a Silicon Valley product startup building scalable SaaS products for the construction technology domain.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.:
- Build scalable and maintainable backend services using Ruby on Rails:
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems:




- Design event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and messaging systems:
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, security, and engineering best practices:
- Develop backend services and utilities using Golang and NodeJS, where applicable:
- Utilize AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, and developer productivity:
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions:
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support reliable deployments:
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team

Required Skills & Experience:
Must Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails:
- Strong hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS:
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programm
