Your responsibilities:

- Design, evaluate, and validate medium-voltage (MV) cable jointing systems, terminations, and accessories.




- Analyze and optimize the dielectric strength of cable accessory systems.
- Perform insulation coordination studies to ensure system-level reliability.
- Develop and implement partial discharge (PD) mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thermal analysis to assess the current-carrying capacity and thermal stability of cable systems.
- Perform mechanical stress and deformation analysis of cable accessories under installation and service conditions.
- Define and oversee type tests, routine tests, sample tests, and qualification tests in accordance with applicable standards.
- Conduct systematic root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, Fishbone, and FMEA methodologies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical specifications, engineering reports, test procedures, and design records.
