Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer Middleware & Integration Suppot professional with expertise in IBM MQ and IBM Business Automation

Workflow (BAW) to manage and support mission-critical middleware platforms in an airport IT environment. The role is focused on ensuring operational continuity, resolving integration incidents, and providing technical leadership for middleware related issues that impact airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day today support of middleware components, focusing on IBM MQ and IBM BAW, ensuring minimal downtime for business-critical airport systems.
- Monitor message queues, channels, and workflow health across production and non-production environments.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, integration failures, and workflow issues within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and suggest long-term fixes or process improvements.
- Handle middleware changes and deployments via change management processes.
- Maintain up-to - date documentation including queue/ channel maps, workflow diagrams, and runbooks.
- Support upgrades, patching,



and routine maintenance in coordination with vendor and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure middleware platforms meet required security, compliance, and audit standards (ISO 27001, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience: •Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

- 3+ years of experience in middleware and integration support, preferably in aviation or transport IT systems.
- Hands on experience in IBM MQ administration (Queue Managers, Clustering, HA setup).
- Strong understanding of IBM BAW for supporting automated business workflows and case management.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and messaging protocols (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.).
- Solid experience in system monitoring, incident management, and performance troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and airport IT systems (e.g., AODB, RMS, FIDS, BHS integration) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support workplace including on-call availability for critical issues.

- Experience in airport operational systems integration.
