- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance design performance, cost, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and validation, including data analysis and issue resolution.
- Integrate feedback from test results, suppliers, and manufacturing to improve design quality and reduce complexity.

- Maintain documentation accuracy including BOMs, drawings, and change records.
- Participate in cost, quality, and manufacturability improvement efforts.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in mechanical product design and development.
- Proficiency in PTC Creo and understanding of Model-Based Definition.
- Familiarity with PLM systems such as Oracle PD Cloud or Windchill.
- Understanding of thermal systems, fluid mechanics, and component selection.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in global, multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred

- Experience in HVAC, hydronics, or data center cooling.
- Exposure to CFD or FEA analysis.
- Experience working directly with suppliers or manufacturing teams.

What We Value We believe innovation comes from diverse perspectives and open collaboration. If you are passionate about mechanical design and developing sustainable cooling technologies—even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification—we encourage you to apply.
