Role &
responsibilities -
- Conduct structured financial education and learning sessions for UHNI clients and their family members across different age groups and levels of financial knowledge.
- Educate clients and their families on financial markets, capital markets, investment principles and various asset classes including equity, debt, mutual funds, gold, alternative investments and other investment products.
- Develop customized learning programme based on the financial knowledge, age, requirements and areas of interest of individual clients and family members.
- Design and prepare educational presentations, case studies, exercises, quizzes and other learning material related to investing, financial markets, economics and personal finance.
- Conduct one-on-one as well as group learning sessions for UHNI families, including next-generation family members who may be beginning their investment journey.
- Keep abreast of developments in financial markets, investment products, macroeconomics and the broader capital-market environment to ensure that learning sessions remain current and relevant.
- Coordinate with internal Investment, Research, Product and Wealth Management teams to build appropriate financial education modules and client learning programmes.
Qualifications required -
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferably in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Candidates with a strong academic or teaching background in Finance, Commerce, Economics or Capital Markets would be preferred.
- CA, CFA, MBA Finance,
CFP or other finance-based professional qualifications would be preferred but are not mandatory.
- Exceptional candidates with relevant financial-market knowledge and demonstrated teaching/training ability may also be considered irrespective of professional qualification.
Experience -
- Preferably 310 years of relevant experience in financial education, teaching, training, investment research, wealth management, capital markets or related areas.
- Prior experience as a Finance/Commerce educator, professor, financial-market trainer, investment qualified or learning & development professional would be an advantage.
- Experience interacting with HNI/UHNI clients, senior professionals, promoters or business families would be preferred.
FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS -
- Strong understanding of financial and capital markets, asset classes and investment concepts.
- Ability to simplify and teach complex financial concepts effectively.
- Good understanding of current markets, economic and investment developments.
- Strong presentation and content-development skills, including PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for financial analysis and data interpretation.

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, articulate and confident with strong executive presence.
- Comfortable interacting with UHNI clients and family members across generations.
- Adaptable, patient and able to customize teaching based on the audience.
- High ownership, discretion and willingness to travel across India.
