Senior EHS Management System Implementation Consultant (Cority / Enviance)

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Shift Timing: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior EHS Management System Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing and configuring enterprise EHS & Sustainability platforms such as Cority EMS or Enviance.

This role will focus on end-to-end lifecycle execution of EHS system implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support.

The ideal candidate will bring both technical and functional understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability processes, along with strong SQL and data handling expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Cority EMS / Enviance solutions across business units.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document functional and technical requirements.

- Prepare system design specifications and configuration documentation.

- Configure and deploy commercial off-the-shelf EHS&S; software solutions.

- Perform data analysis, validation, cleansing, and migration activities using SQL.

- Support system integration efforts and automated interfaces.

- Develop custom reports and dashboards as per business needs.

- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and support user acceptance testing.





- Create training materials, user guides, and support documentation.

- Provide post go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.

- Advise stakeholders on best practices for EHS system configuration and deployment.

Required Experience & Skills

- 7–10 years of overall experience.

- Strong hands-on implementation experience in Cority EMS and/or Enviance.

- Experience configuring EHS&S; platforms (not just end-user experience).

- Solid understanding of SQL and query-based data extraction and validation.

- Experience in system integration and data migration activities.

- Background as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst in enterprise environments.

- Exposure to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability domains such as:

- Air emissions

- Greenhouse gas emissions

- Environmental compliance

- Safety and sustainability reporting

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Sphera or similar EHS platforms.

- Exposure to Power BI and/or PowerApps.

- Experience working in large enterprise or global implementation programs.

- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
