Role Description The Senior Director Manufacturing will lead overall manufacturing strategy, operations, and performance for on-site facilities in Canada. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing production planning, manufacturing operations, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The individual will manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and applicable safety guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production metrics, guiding continuous improvement initiatives,



coordinating with supply chain and procurement, and aligning manufacturing output with organizational goals. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations, with a track record of managing complex, high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing Operations Management, including team leadership, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality management systems, with commitment to regulatory and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including coordination with vendors, logistics, and inventory control.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, and implement lean or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with effective written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably within regulated industries, is highly beneficial.
