Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Web Designer & Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Web Designer & Developer to manage digital marketing, website design and development, SEO, content, social media, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and landing pages.
- Manage CMS platforms, preferably Webflow.
- Implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Create website content, blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Create digital creatives using Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
- Support marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead management.
- Improve website performance, UX, SEO, and conversion rates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Web Development.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media,



and email marketing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Webflow or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar design tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidates with a portfolio showcasing website development, digital marketing campaigns, SEO results, landing pages, UI/UX, and creative work are preferred.
