:

- Conduct detailed nutritional assessments for patients based on medical condition, clinical history, laboratory investigations, anthropometric measurements, and dietary history.

- Develop individualized therapeutic diet plans according to the patient's diagnosis, nutritional requirements, age, clinical condition, and treatment plan.

- Provide dietary management for medical and surgical conditions including diabetes, renal disease, cardiac disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, liver disease, obesity, malnutrition, cancer, and other clinical conditions.

- Monitor patients' nutritional progress and modify diet plans based on clinical response and medical advice.

- Provide nutritional support recommendations for patients requiring enteral or other specialized nutrition, in coordination with the treating physician and clinical team.

- Identify patients at nutritional risk and ensure timely intervention.

- Provide individual and family counselling regarding therapeutic diets,



lifestyle modification, food choices, meal planning, and disease-specific nutrition.

- Educate patients and caregivers on diet compliance after discharge.

- Prepare appropriate diet charts, educational materials, and follow-up plans.

- Address patient and attendant queries related to nutrition and diet therapy.

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in hospital/clinical dietetics.

- Prior experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.

- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Nutrition / Dietetics.

- Relevant qualified certification or registration, where applicable.

- Experience in a multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital.

Experience with hospital accreditation and quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
