We are a fast-growing AI startup building enterprise AI products across multiple domains. We are developing scalable, production-grade, AI-powered products from the ground up. We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help build and strengthen the infrastructure that powers our products as we scale.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building reliable infrastructure, automating deployments, solving complex production problems, and making practical architectural decisions.

Role Overview

- Design, implement, automate, and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment ecosystem.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure using Amazon EKS.
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Improve engineering productivity by making deployments faster, safer, and more reliable.
- Take ownership of infrastructure and production operations from development through deployment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build, configure, and manage Amazon EKS / Kubernetes clusters.

- Manage AWS services including

- Amazon EC2

- Amazon EKS

- Amazon RDS

- Amazon ECR

- Amazon S3

- Amazon Route 53

- IAM
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop infrastructure and automation scripts using Python.
- Create, maintain, and optimize Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments.




- Containerize applications using Docker and manage production deployments on Kubernetes.
- Work with Concourse or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability using:

- Prometheus

- Grafana

- Elasticsearch
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance and proactively identify potential issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve

- Production incidents

- Kubernetes issues

- Networking issues

- Deployment failures

- Database issues
- Container-related problems

- Infrastructure issues
- Implement infrastructure security, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and operational best practices.
- Improve system availability, deployment speed, infrastructure reliability, and cloud cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams working with TypeScript, NestJS, Python, FastAPI, and Google APIs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in infrastructure architecture and technical planning as the organization scales.
