Title: Senior Developer (Devops)

Primary Skills:

- Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS (compute, networking, identity, storage, containers).

- Build and manage AKS (and related Kubernetes) clusters: node pools, ingress, networking, autoscaling, upgrades, and workload onboarding.

- Design and maintain CI/CD using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, and AWS CodePipeline / CodeBuild / CodeDeploy.

- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform / Bicep / CloudFormation / ARM) and environment promotion (dev → test → prod).

- Configure logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting with Dynatrace, Kibana/Elasticsearch, and related tools; drive incident response and post-incident improvements.

- Embed security in the pipeline: SAST/DAST, secrets management, image scanning, IAM least privilege, network controls, and compliance evidence.

- Integrate SonarQube and Veracode (or equivalent) quality and security gates; unblock teams on findings without weakening standards.

- Own cloud networking fundamentals: VNets/VPCs, subnets, NSGs/security groups, load balancers, DNS, private endpoints, VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, firewalls.

- Partner with application teams on Docker images, Helm charts, release strategies, and production readiness.

- Improve reliability (backups, DR, HA), cost visibility, and operational runbooks; participate in on-call as required.





Must-have skills and experience:

- 5–8 years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud platform engineering.

- Hands-on Azure and AWS (IaaS/PaaS, IAM, networking, containers).

- Solid AKS / Kubernetes experience (deployments, services, ingress, RBAC, troubleshooting).

- CI/CD: Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, and AWS pipeline services (CodePipeline/CodeBuild or equivalent).

- Observability: Dynatrace and Kibana (ELK/OpenSearch) — dashboards, alerts, log/query troubleshooting.

- Application and infrastructure security: IAM, network isolation, secrets, vulnerability management.

- SonarQube and Veracode (or similar SAST/DAST) in CI.

- Linux, Git, Docker, YAML/JSON; scripting in Bash and PowerShell or Python.

- Ability to debug production issues across app, network, cluster, and pipeline layers.

Good to have:

- Terraform, Helm, GitOps (Argo CD / Flux), Azure Container Registry / ECR.

- Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, App Insights.

- HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager.

- Service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), API gateways, WAF.

- Compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI) and policy-as-code (OPA/Azure Policy).

- Certifications: AZ-400, CKA/CKAD, AWS DevOps Pro, AZ-104 / AWS Solutions Architect.
