- Experience: 10+ Years

- The Senior Systems Programming Analyst serves as the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the engineering, implementation, and distribution of Windows OS images across the enterprise.
- This role manages the configurations and version control of both server and client operating systems along with third party applications included with base OS images.
- Expert in creating Windows Operating system images for both server and client (8+ Years).
- Expert with PowerShell, Chocolatey, and Boxstarter (8+ Years).
- Advanced knowledge with WSUS and Nexus servers (5+ Years).
- Expert with PowerShell based Windows Desired State Configuration (8+ Years).
- Expert with developing scripts and packages to be deployed via BigFix (8+ Years).
- Expert with browser administration and configuration for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome (8+ Years).




- Advanced ability to create professional communications for enterprise-wide audiences by utilizing ServiceNow’s communication distribution mechanisms along with change management tools/process for infrastructure/configuration changes and enterprise deployments (5+ Years).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ARC and the deployment of ESU’s (5+ Years).
- Expert with building WinZip installation packages and managing configuration settings (8+ Years).
- Advanced ability to produce documents for audits such as SOX, PCI, and CRAF (8+ Years).
- Advanced ability to create reports within Tanium (5+ Years).
- Advanced ability to create PowerBI dashboards (5+ Years).
- Advanced knowledge of both Microsoft Intune and Defender (5+ Years).
- Advanced Project management skills (5+ Years).
- Must be able to be part of off hour on-call support rotation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in B Tech, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of Experience.
- Senior Developer for Windows OS administration and image creation.
