As part of our continued expansion, we are growing our administrative and technical support operations by establishing an office in India.

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Management
- Maintain, update, and optimize company websites for performance, security, and usability
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and outages in a timely manner
- Implement content updates, design changes, and feature enhancements
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly

Software & Application Development
- Enhance and maintain existing internal systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices

IT & Systems Support
- Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity
- Assist with system integrations, APIs, and third-party tools




- Maintain technical documentation and user guides

Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices
- Manage backups, updates, and access controls
- Identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Experience with backend development (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js)
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android or cross-platform frameworks)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
