SDE 3 C++ - 4 to 10 Years
Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase - 1) - WFO
Synopsis:
We're looking for a Software Development Engineer with 4-10 years of hands-on coding experience to join our Client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems, lead a team of developers, and contribute to overall system architecture and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable software solutions Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Review code and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2) Lead a team of 4–8 engineers on technical delivery Troubleshoot, debug,



and ensure performance & reliability Stay updated with emerging technologies Participate in sprint planning and team ceremonies Skills & Qualifications:
Strong in C++, C, shell scripting, and object-oriented design Experience with CI/CD, code deployment, and debugging from scratch is a good to have Experience with Embedded Software ownership Strong Experience with Linux and networking protocols Proficient in data structures, algorithms, Linux, and SQL Familiar with Git Lab, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Jira, and Confluence Knowledge of Kubernetes and Jenkins is a plus Excellent communication and code refactoring skills Primarily in office role (100%), with WFH allowed only in exceptional cases If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated CV along with your details at pearlin.hannah@
