We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain student records, examination data, and other essential information also engaging with student communication and enrolling them in the courses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update student information in the institute’s database and CRM system.
- Assist with the registration and onboarding process for new students.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical student records.
- Support in preparing admission reports, attendance sheets, and enrollment summaries.
- Coordinate with the academic and sales teams to ensure smooth batch allotment and course allocation.
- Follow up with students for document submissions,



fee payments, and confirmation of admissions.
- Help manage student feedback collection and maintain records for improvement tracking.

Qualifications and skills required:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role (experience in an educational institute preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and basic CRM/database software.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Attention to detail and valuable organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in student communication or administrative support in an educational setup is a plus.
