Project description:
Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow their technical skills in healthcare IT while working under the mentorship of experienced consultants and technical leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Level: EL2

Domain: Pharmacy / Medication Management

Focus: Design, build, validation, and production support of medication workflows

Provide L2 production support for Oracle Health PharmNet and Medication Process

Support end‑to‑end medication workflows from order entry to administration and charging

Troubleshoot production issues related to orders, verification,



dispensing, BCMA, and eMAR

Resolve incidents within SLA while ensuring patient safety and data accuracy

Configure and maintain PharmNet medication management components

Configure and support BCMA (Bar‑Code Medication Administration) workflows

Well-versed in Oracle Health vaccine medication processes, including design, analysis, build, validation, testing, vaccine alias management, and code set upkeep
