Position: Senior Placement Coordinator - FutureTech Programs

Location: Ahmedabad, Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination, program management, facilitation, technical skilling, or stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relations and Employer Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, hiring managers, and industry partners across IT,



SaaS, EdTech, and FutureTech companies.
- Identify new hiring opportunities, internship programs, and strategic placement partnerships.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, hiring events, job fairs, virtual interviews, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate with companies for job descriptions, interview schedules, assessment processes, and offer rollouts.

Placement Operations
- Manage end-to-end placement lifecycle for students and learners.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets, conversion ratios, and hiring KPIs.
- Track placement metrics, student performance, recruiter feedback, and hiring analytics.
- Maintain placement databases, employer pipelines, and MIS reports.

Student Career Readiness
- Conduct employability enhancement sessions including resume reviews, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, and qualified communication workshops.
