We are looking for an energetic, confident, and well-spoken Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator to join our plywood, laminates, and hardware showroom. The role involves handling customer calls, coordinating sales inquiries, maintaining customer follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiry calls professionally
- Make follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate with walk-in customers, carpenters, contractors, and architects
- Maintain customer records and update inquiry details
- Assist in generating quotations and sharing product details
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding orders and deliveries
- Follow up for pending payments and customer responses
- Manage WhatsApp communication and basic customer support
- Support showroom operations and maintain smooth communication flow

Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English




- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, billing/software entry)
- Polite, disciplined, and customer-friendly nature
- Ability to coordinate with multiple people efficiently

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in telecalling, customer handling, or sales coordination preferred
