Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced L2 Network & Security Support Engineer responsible for handling advanced troubleshooting, security operations, incident management, and support for network security solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Handle L2 level troubleshooting for security incidents
- Support Firewall, IAM, VPN, and Network Security solutions
- Analyze logs and security events
- Coordinate with L1 and L3 teams
- Maintain SLA compliance
- Provide operational and technical support

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Network Security
- Experience with Firewall, VPN, IAM, Antivirus, SIEM
- Incident management and troubleshooting
- Good analytical skills

Educational Qualification:
- Science Graduate (IT/Computer), BE/B.Tech, MCA preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Certifications Preferred:
- Minimum 2 certifications in Security / Network / IAM
- Certifications like CCNA Security, CEH, Security+, etc. preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
