Role: Field Sales Executive
Industry: Fintech / QR Code Sales
Location: Jharkhand
Salary: Commission-Based (Attractive Incentives)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities:
- Visit shops, restaurants, cafes, and local businesses.
- Promote and onboard merchants for BharatPe QR Code services.
- Explain benefits of digital payment solutions to business owners.
- Generate daily leads and complete merchant registrations.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide basic support.

Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.
- Ability to travel locally for field sales.
- Sales experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
- Must have confidence and convincing skills.
- Smartphone is mandatory.
