Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents on a 24x7 basis
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support
- Escalate critical issues to higher support teams
- Maintain incident logs and reports
- Coordinate with network and security teams
- Work in rotational shifts
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Network & Security
- Understanding of Firewall, Antivirus, IAM, or SIEM tools
- Valuable troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
Educational Qualification:
- Science Graduate (IT/Computer), BE/B.Tech, MCA preferred
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Certifications Preferred:
- Any 1 certification related to Network Security / IAM / OEM Security Solutions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
