Full Job Description:
We are a premium print shop specializing in high-end printing, custom brand packaging, and specialized print finishes (UV coating, luxury foiling, and custom die-cuts). We bring design to life, and we are looking for a creative storyteller to elevate our digital presence and expand our market reach.

This is a part-time, hybrid role (~10 to 15 hours per week). You will be expected to visit our facility in Chennai a few times a month to capture raw footage, while editing, strategy, and posting can be done remotely.

What You Will Do:
- The "Pinterest" Aesthetic: Curate and maintain a clean, mínimalist grid that appeals to design agencies, startup founders, and premium event planners.
- Satisfying Process Content: Capture high-quality, close-up and process videos of our machinery, textures,



and finishes at work to drive viral organic reach on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Smart AI Optimization: Lean into modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, and trending keyword tools) to optimize workflows, write SEO-driven captions, and identify high-intent tags to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content (Reels, Shorts, static carousels).
- Manage and maintain a cohesive, high-end visual aesthetic across our social media handles.
- Write compelling, keyword-optimized captions and handle regular engagement/hashtags.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithms, trending audio, and industry-specific content formats.
- Collaborate with local brands and clients for joint "Collaborator" posts to maximize reach.

What We Are Looking For:
- A Great Eye: Mobile photography and videography skills. You must understand how to work with natural light, angles
