Aarjavam Techfab Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly packaging solutions. We are looking for an energetic HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, from hiring current talent to managing employee records and welfare.

Roles & Responsibilities
- New Joinee Formalities: Handle orientation and all paperwork for new employees to make their first day smooth.
- Salary & Benefits: Prepare monthly salary statements, manage bonuses, and handle PF/ESIC and other statutory taxes.
- HR Documentation: Issue offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates as needed.
- Employee Support: Explain company policies to staff and quickly resolve any queries or grievances they have.




- Record Keeping: Maintain and update the master database (personal files and attendance) for every employee.
- Compliance & Licensing: Work with government agencies to keep factory licenses and labour law documents up to date.
- Employee Welfare: Organize fun activities and events to keep the team motivated and happy.
- Exit Process: Manage full and final settlements and conduct exit interviews when employees move on.

Key Skills
- Payroll Knowledge: Basic understanding of salary components (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
- Communication: Clear and friendly speaking skills to deal with staff and government offices.
- Documentation: Highly organized in managing files, letters, and employee data.
- Time Management: Ability to track attendance and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Problem Solving: A helpful attitude toward solving employee issues.
- Excel Basics: Comfortable using Excel to maintain employee master d
