The Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager with agency experience who can independently handle client accounts, think strategically, and execute content that actually performs—not just looks good.

If you’re someone who can confidently speak with clients, spot trends early, and translate ideas into engaging social content, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage social media accounts for multiple client
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear social media strategies
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and photographers to create high-quality content




- Lead client communication, presentations, and approvals with confidence
- Stay on top of trends and proactively suggest new ideas and formats
- Oversee shoots (including BTS capture via phone when needed)
- Track performance, generate reports, and optimize based on insights
- Contribute to new business conversations and client growth

What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of agency experience managing social media accounts
- Strong command of spoken and written English (non-negotiable):
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- A sharp eye for content, trends, and what works on different platforms
- Ability to think strategically _and_ execute efficiently
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable

Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with performance-driven content (not just organic posts)
- Understand content that converts, not just
