- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, Facebook, and website leads
- Guide customers regarding packages, pricing, availability, and services
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proper follow-ups and communication
- Maintain daily lead and sales records
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer experience
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships




- Upsell premium services and add-ons wherever applicable
- Ensure timely response to all customer enquiries

Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets assigned by the management
- Maintain a high lead conversion ratio
- Daily follow-up targets to ensure maximum closures
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals

Follow-Ups
- Regularly follow up with pending leads and interested customers
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules and customer records
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads for potential conversions
- Ensure no qualified lead remains unattended
