Job Description: Full-Stack Unity 3D Developer (PC/WEB/XR)

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and versatile Full-Stack Unity 3D Developer specializing in Extended Reality (XR) architectures. In this role, you will work on the technical design, development, and deployment of immersive experiences spanning Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR).

As a full-stack engineer, you will bridge the gap between high-performance frontend spatial client interactions and robust, scalable backend infrastructure or local services. You will ensure seamless cross-platform functionality across mobile (Android/iOS), desktop (PC), and standalone VR devices like the Meta Quest 3.

Key Responsibilities

XR Client Development: Architect and implement core gameplay mechanics, custom UI/UX interaction systems, and spatial computing behaviors using Unity 3D, AR Foundation, and the Meta OpenXR SDK.

Full-Stack & Backend Integration: Build, deploy, and maintain local or cloud-based server infrastructures, RESTful APIs, WebSocket configurations,



and database schemas for remote asset delivery, state persistence, and multiplayer orchestration.

Multi-Platform Optimization: Formulate target-specific optimization paradigms for standalone VR (Meta Quest 3), mobile platforms (Android/iOS via ARCore/ARKit), and high-fidelity standalone PC distributions, managing draw calls, fill rates, shader complexity, and thermal footprints.

Procedural & Graphics Pipelines: Collaborate closely with technical artists to set up custom render pipelines (URP), implement energetic lighting configurations, optimize shader graphs, and engineer procedurally driven environments.

Technical Qualifications

Frontend & Engine Domain

Expert proficiency in C# and deep understanding of the Unity 3D engine lifecycle, memory management, garbage collection optimization, and performance profiling tools (Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger).

Proven mastery or understanding of XR tools
