We are looking for a Linux Support Engineer / VoIP Support Executive who is eager to learn, solve technical issues and work with real-world telecom and call center systems.

What You’ll Do?
- Provide technical support to customers using our contact center dialer solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- SIP registrations
- Call failures & audio issues
- Dialer campaigns & agent login problems
- Monitor Linux servers and system performance
- Analyze logs and identify issues proactively
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain support tickets and update incident reports
- Help customers professionally in live production environments
Skills We’re Looking For
Required:
- Basic Linux knowledge (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Familiarity with Linux commands and log checking
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Basic understanding of VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs)
- Knowledge of networking basics
- Experience with Asterisk, VICIdial, or FreeSWITCH
- Previous technical support or BPO support experience
