Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and creative Marketing Manager to lead both digital and print marketing initiatives for our Five-Star Deluxe Resort. The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue across rooms, weddings, events, food & beverage, spa, and other resort offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate print marketing materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and advertisements.
- Develop engaging content, photography, and videos for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Manage relationships with agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors.
- Support the Sales team with presentations and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.





Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, hotels, or resorts.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
