Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor VMC machines as per production plans.:
- Set tools, load components, and make necessary offsets and minor adjustments.:
- Assist in CAM programming and toolpath generation after training.:
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting parts using basic measuring instruments.:
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure a secure, organized workspace.:
- Support senior operators and engineers in machine setup and process optimization.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related fields (preferred).:
- 0-2 years of experience in CNC/VMC operation or basic CAM knowledge.:
- Must have basic computer operation skills (file management,
basic software use).:
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn advanced machining and CAM techniques.:
- Minimum commitment of 2 years is required.
