Key Responsibilities Accounting
- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Payroll
- Process monthly salaries through GreytHR
- Generate payslips and maintain employee records
- Handle payroll-related queries

TDS & Income Tax
- Manage TDS deductions, filings, and returns
- Prepare and issue Form 16
- Coordinate with CA for ROI filing and Income Tax returns
- Track advance tax payments and tax compliance

GST Compliance
- File GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Perform GST reconciliation
- Handle GST notices and department communication

PF & ESIC
- Manage monthly PF & ESIC filings and compliance
- Support employees with PF/ESIC-related queries

Skilled Tax (PT)
- Ensure timely PT payments and return filing for Gujarat

ROC Compliance
- Coordinate ROC filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, and Director KYC
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation

Property Tax & Other Compliance
- Ensure timely property tax payments




- Maintain compliance records and documentation

Audit & Coordination
- Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, and consultants
- Prepare required documents for audits and assessments

Compliance Responsibility
- Maintain a complete compliance calendar
- Ensure 100% on-time filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, ROC, and Property Tax
- Handle notices proactively and avoid penalties

Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and ROC compliance
- Experience working in a Private Limited Company
- Proficiency in Tally, GreytHR, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently with full ownership and responsibility
- Strong coordination and communication skills with CA and auditors
