Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving student acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the overseas education sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities/programs
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Build and manage relationships with agents, institutions, and partners
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and outreach programs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets





Required Skills:
- Academic Counseling & Student Guidance
- Strong Communication & Convincing Skills
- Knowledge of Overseas Education Process
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
- Relationship Management (B2B & B2C)
- Market Research & Strategy

Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Education)
- Experience in overseas education / counseling / BDM role preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
