Job Location : - Gopinathpur (Near Kharagpur)

Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Manage complete rice mill/factory operations on a daily basis.
- Ensure smooth production of rice processing, grading, sorting, polishing, and packaging.
- Monitor production targets and maintain productivity as per company standards.
- Supervise machine operations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling.
- Maintain quality standards of raw materials and finished products.
- Handle manpower planning, shift management, and worker discipline.
- Ensure proper stock management of paddy, rice, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and warehouse departments.
- Maintain factory safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
- Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, labour laws, and food safety standards.
- Monitor utility consumption such as electricity, boiler,



and fuel usage.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in operations and production processes.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Good knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality control and food safety standards.
- Ability to handle production planning and inventory control.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer knowledge in MS Excel and reporting systems preferred
- Experience in handling large production units preferred.

Educational Qualification
- B-Tech / M-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and operational management capability.
- Willingness to stay near factory location if required.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
