We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage Sales and Support our existing retailers, dealers, and distributors. The role involves regular communication, assisting with new order placements, and coordinating daily with the sales team for smooth order allocation and processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with existing retailers/dealers/distributors to assist with queries and new orders
- Generate repeat orders and maintain strong business relationships
- Coordinate daily with the sales team for order allocation and updates
- Maintain proper records of calls, orders, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be 10+2 or Above
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/ Insurance/BPO
- Prior experience in outbound or field channel sales will be highly appreciated
- Positive communication(ENGLISH & HINDI) and coordination skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
