Junior Boiler Operator

Position: Junior Boiler Operator
Location: Koraput, Odisha
Department: Boiler Operations
Experience: 1-5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Relevant Trade
License: Boiler 2nd Class Certificate Mandatory

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
- Maintain steam pressure, temperature, and water levels as per operational requirements
- Perform routine inspection of valves, pipelines, pumps, and safety equipment
- Monitor fuel consumption and boiler performance parameters
- Maintain daily operation logs and report abnormalities immediately
- Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and statutory compliance guidelines




- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during plant operations

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of boiler operation and utility systems
- Understanding of steam generation and pressure control
- Familiarity with boiler safety standards and emergency handling
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and plant setting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
