ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an outsourcing accounting firm working with Current Zealand CA firms, seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive (Fresher) for our CA coaching institute. You will be responsible for building our brand presence online and offline — crafting compelling social media content, designing print materials, and managing our digital channels to help students discover and enroll in our programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Design engaging creatives for exam tips, student success stories, batch announcements, and faculty spotlights
- Grow follower base and drive enrollment inquiries through organic strategies
- Reply to comments and DMs promptly to build student community
- Track and report on post reach, engagement, and lead generation weekly

Print & Offline Marketing
- Design and prepare content for flex boards / hoardings for institute branding
- Create flyers and pamphlets for batch launches, demo classes, and special offers




- Coordinate with printers to ensure timely delivery and quality of print materials
- Distribute/arrange distribution of flyers at colleges, libraries, and coaching hubs

Content & Campaigns
- Develop content calendars aligned with CA exam cycles (Nov & May attempts)
- Assist in running promotional campaigns during admission season
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, fonts, and colour palette across all materials

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in BBA / MBA (Marketing) / Mass Communication / Fine Arts or related field
- Proficiency in Canva (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
- Basic copywriting skills in Hindi and English
- Eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines independently
- Knowledge of CA course structure or education sector is an advantage
