Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative landscape design concepts for educational, commercial, hospitality, and public space projects.
- Prepare concept designs, presentations, mood boards, and detailed landscape drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Select suitable materials, planting palettes, irrigation concepts, and outdoor furniture solutions.
- Produce detailed design documentation, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and sustainability standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site coordination when required.
- Support project execution and conduct site visits during construction stages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in landscape design projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, softscape and hardscape detailing is preferred.
- Experience working on GCC projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with educational or playscape projects.
- Familiarity with BIM/Revit workflows.
- UAE or GCC market exposure.
