Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Management
- Enter and update jewellery product details, stock entries, invoices, and customer data in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors before submission.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, purchase orders, and stock records.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Production departments for data updates.
- Handle barcode, tag, and product coding entries where required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
System & Administrative Support
- Operate MS Excel, ERP software, and other data management systems.
- Assist in basic office and administrative work when required.
- Support audit and stock verification activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of jewellery inventory or ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Freshers can also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of jewellery terminology and product coding.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
