As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards. You will play a crucial role in driving financial efficiency and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.




- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis to support business decisions, cost management, and profitability.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and budgets.
- Implement financial controls, ensuring the integrity of financial data and preventing fraud or errors.
- Conduct financial risk analysis and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring professional development and effective teamwork.
