ZAFCO is expanding its international education division and is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Officer to lead strategic growth initiatives for our Study Abroad Consultancy operations.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong industry experience, deep market understanding, and excellent networking capabilities within the Study Abroad ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollments for international education programs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with IELTS coaching centers, PTE institutes, language training centers, immigration consultants, and other study abroad coaching institutes.
- Generate high-quality student leads through institutional partnerships, referral networks, seminars, workshops, and strategic collaborations.




- Identify current business opportunities and establish tie-ups with educational institutes, franchise partners, and channel associates across India.
- Conduct B2B meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with coaching institutes and educational stakeholders.
- Coordinate with admissions and counseling teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and conversion processes.
- Promote study destinations such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, New Zealand, and other international markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student demand patterns to develop effective business expansion strategies.
- Organize promotional events, educational seminars, and awareness campaigns related to overseas education opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining long-term partner relationships.
