College Coordinator - Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Promote training programs through outreach activities, college engagement, and community mobilization.
- Guide students on admissions, training, and placement-related activities.
- Support student onboarding, attendance tracking, counselling, and training coordination.
- Follow up on leads and achieve admission/enrolment targets.
- Maintain MIS records, reports, and support daily centre operations.
- Organize events, awareness drives, and student engagement activities.
- Conduct alumni follow-ups and track placement retention and outcomes.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets related to admissions and student participation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
