Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the solar energy sector
- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and digital platforms
- Promote rooftop solar systems, solar pumps, and other renewable energy solutions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solar solutions
- Conduct product presentations and site discussions with clients

Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and project feasibility
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management




- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness programs

Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for timely project execution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in solar sales / renewable energy sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of solar products and renewable energy concepts
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
