About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Real estate brokers
- Channel partners
- Freelance agents
- Property consultants
- Generate site visits and qualified leads for assigned projects
- Conduct regular broker meets and networking activities
- Coordinate with sales team for closures and inventory updates
- Maintain daily sourcing MIS and lead tracking
- Ensure continuous follow-up with channel partners for repeat business
- Promote mandate projects aggressively in the market
- Stay updated with:
- Local market trends
- Competitor projects
- Pricing movements
- New launches in Mumbai suburbs
- Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Real Estate Sourcing
- CP Management
- Channel Sales
- Real Estate Pre-Sales
- Strong network of brokers/channel partners in Mumbai suburbs preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Presentable personality with professional attitude
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp business communication
