Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business growth in stock broking & NBFC products:
- Lead, manage, and expand branch & sales teams
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability
- Identify new market opportunities and client segments
- Monitor team performance and implement growth strategies

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3+ years experience in financial services
✔ Experience in stock broking/NBFC preferred
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Target-driven with proven sales performance
