Role Overview
- Counsel and convert qualified inbound leads into paid admissions.
- Conduct structured career discussions (not basic script reading).
- Handle objections related to fees, timing, competition, and online alternatives.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up pipelines and CRM hygiene.
- Own monthly revenue targets and conversion ratios.




- Provide structured feedback to marketing on lead quality.
- 1-5 years of EdTech admissions / career counseling experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience selling high-ticket programs (INR 50,000+ ticket size).
- Robust objection handling and closing ability.
- Comfortable selling premium classroom-based programs.
- Revenue ownership mindset and target-driven approach.
- Stable job history with long-term orientation.

Not a Fit If
- Only tele-calling experience without structured counseling.
- Require heavy daily micromanagement.
- Frequent job switching every 6-8 months.
- Uncomfortable selling premium or high-ticket programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
