Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Experience in Design & Development of plastic trim components.
- Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and the ability to generate proposals.
- Demonstrates ability to gather information for generating concepts. Generates and analyses multiple concepts /proposals to resolve build/Gnova -C concerns.
- Part analysis on checking fixture and master to achieve craftsmanship targets on vehicle
- Proven problem solving with First principles thinking and strong communication skills
- Good understanding of standard manufacturing processes of plastic components/subsystem.
- Part analysis on checking fixture and master to achieve craftsmanship targets on vehicle.
Competencies:

Knowledge in current Automobile trends & Passionate to work with cross functional team to deliver DOEs and robust solutions
- Focuses on sustaining strong relationships and encourages self/ team work well with all interfaces / other departments

Experience
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Trims

Industry Preferred
- Auto OEM

Qualifications
- BE/ME/M-Tech - Mechanical / Automobile / Aeronautical Engineering
